Unfortunately, the “Koedo Kawagoe Fireworks Festival” has been canceled, but the “Higashimatsuyama Fireworks Festival” will be held in nearby Higashimatsuyama City.
The event will take place on Saturday, August 23rd, from 7:00 PM at Tokikawa Riverside Park. A backup day will be held on Sunday, August 24th. Approximately 5,000 fireworks will light up the night sky.
The venue, Tokikawa Riverside Park, is easily accessible, just a 15-minute walk from Takasaka Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. However, parking is not available. There are also limited paid parking spaces around Takasaka Station, so we recommend using public transportation.
All seats are reserved and require a fee, starting from 3,000 yen per person. You can enjoy the fireworks at your leisure.
