Kitain Temple will be empty on weekdays, but is expected to be somewhat crowded on holidays.
The area around Hikawa Shrine will be empty on weekdays, but is expected to be crowded on holidays.
The area around Isanuma is expected to be empty on both weekdays and holidays.
The Kawagoe Tourist Parking Lot (free) is also expected to be crowded on holidays. Kawagoe City recommends using public transportation when sightseeing.
